Chief Executive Officer

Stefan Skarin is CEO of IAR Systems since april 2009 and at the same time CEO of IAR Systems Group AB, the owner of IAR Systems. Stefan has more than 20 years of experience within the IT software industry. Stefan held senior positions with mainly US-based software companies such as Oracle and Adobe.

Stefan joined Intoi (now IAR Systems Group AB) in 2000 and made the acquisitions of IAR Systems in 2005.

Chief Financial Officer

Stefan Ström is CFO of IAR Systems since april 2009 and at the same time CFO of IAR Systems Group AB, the owner of IAR Systems. Stefan joined Intoi (now IAR Systems Group AB) in 1997 and made the acquisitions of IAR Systems in 2005. Stefan has a MBA from the University of Lund.

Human Resource Director

Since 2001 Lena has been Human Resource Director for IAR Systems. Previous to this Lena worked as Human Resource Manager for St. Erik's Eye Hospital in Stockholm during their privatization process.

Lena has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Finance from the University of Umeå.

Chief Technology Officer

Petter has been with IAR Systems for over 13 years, and has several years of experience in the telecom industry, having formerly worked as a team leader for Ellemtel, a R&D organization owned jointly by Ericsson and Swedish Telecom.

He has a MSc in Engineering Physics, with a focus on Computer Technology, from the University of Uppsala.

Mats has a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Uppsala, and has worked at IAR Systems since 2001, having previously held the position of Business Unit Manager for IAR Embedded Workbench.

Prior to this he worked for MIMER Information Technology AB, and for Programator Consulting AB, specializing in relational databases.
