As you probably already know, IAR Embedded Workbench is available for more than 20 different 8-, 16-, and 32-bit MCUs. It is the most widely used tool suite in the industry, and we are very proud of our many loyal customers all over the world.
Several of the big organizations we work with have customized agreements but we want to extend a flexible license model also to our other customers. Therefore I'm happy to introduce IAR Volume License Program.

| IAR Volume License Program |
IAR Volume License Program is designed to suit all new or existing IAR Embedded Workbench customers.
The program has five different tiers and customers receive a combination of benefits and discounts based on the number of registered IAR Embedded Workbench licenses within your organization.
Within the volume license program, it will be easier for a development team to move between different product editions and also between the different MCU architectures supported by IAR Embedded Workbench.

| IAR Embedded Workbench for 8051 supports nRFgo development platform from Nordic Semiconductor |
IAR Systems and Nordic Semiconductor, ultra-low-power RF specialist, have worked closely together to provide native hardware debugging of all of Nordic Semiconductor's latest 2.4GHz SoC solutions and low-cost OTP variants.
Nordic Semiconductor's nRF24xx range of 2.4GHz transceiver and transmitter devices are aimed at applications such as PC peripherals such as wireless keyboards/mice, game controllers, intelligent sports equipment and wireless audio.

| New evaluation kit for ARM Cortex-M3 |
IAR KickStart Kit is now available for a new ARM Cortex-M3 device, NXP LPC1343. The RoHS-compliant evaluation board includes a small LCD, two user LEDs, USB connector, on-board J-Link debugger and supports SWD.
The kit comes with example projects and the 32K KickStart edition of IAR Embedded Workbench. Evaluation editions of IAR PowerPac and IAR visualSTATE are also included.
