Your will work with colleagues in Uppsala and also be in touch with our international sales colleagues that work with the Nordics, Germany, UK, France, the US and the APAC region. You and your team colleagues are responsible for the remaining countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
At IAR Systems we work with customers from all over the world. As an Account Manager, you will build relationships with our customers and partners within the EMEA Channel sales territory. You will work closely with the local sales team in our Uppsala office and will report to the Sales Manager of the EMEA Channel.
The focus of your role is to help grow the existing customer base, meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, and at the same time increase customer satisfaction. The sales organization works closely with our customer care and marketing teams as well as with our field application engineers who support us with the technical aspect in sales. Together we strive to build lasting relationships that bring value to our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
We are looking for someone with a natural enthusiasm for connecting with new people and who is committed to developing collaborative relationships. The ideal candidate is a musketeer spirit: a result-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude.
In order to thrive in this role, you should have a persistent mindset, a proactive approach, and great attention to detail. You are a business-minded self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers and sales opportunities.
We require you to have experience of dealing with customers and/or partners, preferably including some sales methodology know-how.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. We value if you also speak other languages, preferably Spanish, Russian, Polish, or other Eastern European languages. Being an experienced user of all Office products and email is also required. If you are experienced working in Salesforce it’s a huge plus, but knowing key principles of any CRM system is meritorious.
