IAR Systems Development (Shanghai) Ltd. is 100% subsidiary of IAR Systems, who has started business in China with a local distributor in 2001, and opened own office in Shanghai in 2004. IAR Systems Development (Shanghai) Ltd. will start to direct sales in China in 2020, which we call as IAR China version 2.0. And we are recruiting an opening employees of IAR China version 2.0 at our Shanghai office.

Role and Responsibilities: Account Sales

This position will be responsible for sales activity in China. It includes followings functional activities:

  • Account Sales & Business development
    - Manage accounts proactively and focus on selling the products and solutions
  • Establish Sales strategy & Analysis
    - Based on timeline, sales targeting and management per products & accounts
    - Sales management through KPI
  • Develop and lead sales processes.
    - Inbound lead qualification, prospecting, opportunity identification and forecast.
    - New business Development to achieve goals.
    - Execute strategy and process implemented by self-driven.
  • Communication with Global Team
  • Pain point analysis of B2B customers and operating process advancement
  • Report to sales manager

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5 years’ sales experience (in any market)
  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are highly desirable.
  • Experiences in service and relationship building are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Possess good verbal / written skills in English to be able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds both face to face and on the telephone
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work to tight deadlines or under pressure
  • Self-reliance and the ability to work without close supervision
  • Display initiative and problem solving ability
  • Continuous proven track record of quota achievement
  • PDCA cycle management

Preferred Skills& Experiences

  • Min. 1 year staying experience in abroad.
  • Working experience at international company.
  • Embedded market experience
  • Knowledge of software license sales
  • Account planning skills for large company
  • Strong desire to be a key player of a winning team
