Job description

We are looking for the person who can work spontaneously based on our team’s roles and responsibilities. You will be responsible for not only task execution as a team player, but also team management of Administration team.
Administration team has two major Roles, “Customer Care” and “General Affairs”. You are expected to improve the existing work as a manager, while doing the daily work as a player, and bring a good result. To succeed in your role, you have to be able to proceed your work by thinking outside of the "existing work", that is, about "where we should be heading to" as the role of admin team.

Team Manager

You will achieve goals within proper timeline by setting appropriate goals and actions, and communicating with appropriate stakeholders.

  • Lead the way the team should be heading to
  • Project & People Management
  • Place team members’ resources in the right place for maximum productivity
  • Smooth communication and cooperation with other teams, etc.

Customer Care

  • Support customers for using our products
  • Order processing/delivery arrangement in Japan
  • Software License management
  • Support for office members internally

General Affairs

  • Set and maintenance of rules and guidelines
  • Accounting tasks (payment confirmation, sales report, etc.) * No accounting expertise is required.
  • Office management
  • Recruitment, etc.

Required skills and experiences

  1. Team & People management experience (Min. 5 years)
  2. Japanese: Native level
  3. English: Business level on speaking/ writing/ reading
  4. Working with PC proficiency
  5. Ambitious to take things positively and always move forward
  6. Ability to work with ownership by designing both business goals and execution plans
  7. Ability and experience to negotiate with people inside and outside the company
  8. Ability to respond appropriately to sudden events

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  1. Presentation skills to convince the other people
  2. Sustainable motivation for yourself and team members
