About the role
The Account Manager is a member of IAR Systems’ distinguished Sales organization and located at IAR Systems’ planned office in India, opening soon. Communication and building relationships are key internally with sales colleagues globally as well as externally with customers. As a sales expert of IAR Systems’ Integrated Development Environment tools solution, you are responsible for developing professional relationships with customers, perform sales activities, conduct sales presentations, and participate in key strategies aimed at growing IAR Systems’ business in the embedded systems segment for India.
As the ideal candidate you have at least three years of sales experience, are self-driven and organized with the ability to balance time and resources, prioritize and work with tight deadlines or under pressure. You are experienced in working with CRMs, managing sales pipelines, doing business qualification and produce accurate forecasting as well as conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews. You have a proven track-record of exceeding assigned targets, growing territories, and developing strong relationships with business partners. You must be comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment, and this requires a solutions oriented mind set with the ability to think outside the box.
Since you will have interaction with customers and partners, we believe you are a people person with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire confidence. Travelling within India and occasionally to HQ in Uppsala, Sweden is required (after COVID-19).
