We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to our Customer Care Team in Foster City, California.

As a Customer Care Representative in our office in Foster City you will work tightly with the local team and with the team based in Sweden, Japan and Korea. For us teamwork is essential to achieve the highest level of success.

Job definition

You will combine efforts to provide outstanding service and at the same time be eager to exceed expectations related to order processing and data administration. We are doing everything we can to make sure that our customers receive a comprehensive and professional treatment.

  • Respond to internal and external requests and questions for external customers, sales team, management, and/or internal operational functions, over the phone or via email.
  • Process incoming orders and shippments from our Sales organization.
  • Managing data entry into the Financial and Sales systems to assure accuracy when processing orders.
  • Work directly with our internal warehouse to assure purchased product is delivered properly and promptly.
  • Assist with routing questions from external customers to the appropriate sales/support functions depending on their request.
  • Properly handle escalation of technical issues to the Support organization. Handling proper handoff of the customers case, and introduction of the support engineer to the customer.
  • Manage customer requests regarding our customer portal.
  • Execute follow up contact with orders that have been shipped to our customers.
  • Assist Sales organization with guidance on opportunity handling and product code information to assure we deliver the proper product to the customer.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.


We are looking for a service-oriented and outgoing team-player. You are able to prioritize workload on a daily basis and you are eager to learn and master new applications needed to complete tasks. You likes a fast pace environment and are driven to work with improving processes to support efficiency. Furthermore, you are naturally curious and have a proven track record in problem solving/ likes understanding how to solve problems.

  • Experience from order processing, domestic and internal shipping and data administration.
  • Experience from working with service and/ or experience of dealing with customers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Experienced user of all Office products and email, in addition to key principles of CRM system.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
