As a Customer Care Representative you will be an integral part of our mission, working directly with what we hold most dearly: Our customers. You will enjoy considerable responsibilities from day one, gaining access to and experiences from a growing, dynamic company. We are a small team and you will be working individually as well as with the team. You will play an important role in upholding a great customer service experience, manage the customers’ journey post sale and act as a hub for questions from the entire organization. As you will interact with customers and colleagues from all over the globe you need to be a people person with a natural commitment to helping others. You will report to the Customer Care Manager for EMEA.
The Customer Care Representative is an active member of the Global Customer Care team which is focusing on servicing and supporting our customers as well as our colleagues with any requests they may have.

Since we are operating in a worldwide market, you need to have good communicative skills and advanced English, both verbal and written. A solid experience in working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
It is a bonus but not a requirement if you also have knowledge in key areas of international B2B customer service including experience in export shipments and order handling, preferably from an administrative/logistic role, and you value and understand long-term customer relationships.
Overall you need to be a customer-focused professional with the desire to take IAR Systems Customer Care team to the next level together with the team!
