IAR Systems K.K is looking for a sales person.


Job Description

The sales person will be responsible for the sales activity in Japan. In this position, you will develop and execute sales plan to identify major customers, and promote IAR Systems' products and services. You will report to unit sales manager of IAR Systems K.K.

- Responsible for both direct sales and distributor sales in Japan
- Developing new customer account
- Business development
- Interact with customers, partners, and internal resources (sales, marketing and technical team) to close the deals.

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years of sales background for IT industry
  • Experience of sales at embedded system is a plus
  • Basic business knowledge is required
  • Need to create and execute short, mid and long range account plans for assigned accounts
  • Good English reading skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent new business creation skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Self-management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work
  • Highly motivated
