At IAR Systems we work with customers from all over the world. As a Sales Manager in our office in Munich you will manage and be a part of a highly dedicated Sales Team. You will plan, operate and execute sales activities to build IAR Systems continued success in Germany as well as align operations and activities with EMEA sales region. You will combine efforts to help grow the existing customer base, meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, and at the same time increase customer satisfaction.

  • Sales responsible of IAR Systems products and services in the region.
  • Build relationships and work together with IAR Systems customers including customer visits.
  • Develop and update market strategy and sales opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • Maintain IAR Systems global sales system with up-to-date and accurate information, according to company process and policies.
  • In all activities focus on customer satisfaction and quality in operation.
  • Regular reporting and forecasting of sales activities according to the system and standards used within IAR System.
  • Lead great people – build, motivate and counsel a high performing team with outstanding customer relationship skills


To succeed we believe that you hold a University degree, BS or equivalent.  Strong (5 years +) experience from sales and marketing within embedded industries will be at your advantage as well as previous experience from management role.

You are passionate about leading, coaching and empowering team members and to develop collaborative relationships. You have strong interpersonal, leadership and teambuilding skills. An enterprising spirit and a competitive mind will be considerable assets for you.   • Sales methodologies know-how and experience of dealing with customers.
  • Some Technical interest of key products and be curious about trends within the embedded industry.
  • Business-minded with a sense of business intelligence.
  • Experienced user of all Office products and email, in addition to key principles of CRM systems.

We consider some professional experience from the IT field as a merit. You will spend 10­–20% of your time traveling. You speak German fluently. Moreover, you are at ease in an international environment where English is the dominant language. We welcome proficiency in additional languages and put great emphasis on personal qualifications.
