IAR Systems Development (Shanghai) Ltd. is 100% subsidiary of IAR Systems, who started business in China with a local distributor in 2001, and opened own office in Shanghai in 2004. IAR Systems Development (Shanghai) Ltd. will start to direct sales in China in 2021, which we call as IAR Systems China version 2.0, and we are recruiting a Sales Manager who can lead IAR Systems China version 2.0 at our Shanghai office.

Role and Responsibilities: Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for the revenue of IAR Systems China. It includes followings functional activities:

• Account Sales & Business development
  - Manage all accounts in China, proactively and focus on selling the products and solutions
  - To take responsibility for own sales and deliver on individual sales KPIs
  - To lead the sales team as a manager
• Establish Sales team strategy & Analysis
  - Based on timeline, sales targeting and management of team per products & accounts
  - Sales team management through KPI
• Develop and lead sales processes.
  - Inbound lead qualification, prospecting, opportunity identification and forecast.
  - New business Development to achieve team goals.
  - Execute strategy and process implemented by self-driven.
• Marketing & Communication
  - Seminar, and Event
  - Press Release
  - Advertisement
• Communication with Global Team
• Pain point analysis of B2B customers and operating process advancement
• Reporting to Country Manager China
• The right candidate will also be considered for a future role as IAR Systems China Country Manager (reporting to APAC Director.)

Required Skills & Experiences

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. 7 years’ sales experience (in any market)
• Continuous Proven track record of sales.
• Team leader experience in organizational management.
• Experienced or understanding of the embedded software development process.
• Experiences in service and relationship building are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Possess good verbal / written skills in English to be able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds both face to face and on the telephone
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work to tight deadlines or under pressure
• Account planning skills for large company
• Self-reliance and the ability to work without close supervision
• Display initiative and problem solving ability
• PDCA cycle management

Preferred Skills& Experiences

• Embedded systems market experience
• Min. 1 year staying experience in abroad
• Working experience at international company
• Professional knowledge of Embedded Software Testing / Validation / Security

 Min. English Proficiency Level
