The US Office Manager will be responsible and supporting team members within the US operations and across the US offices. This role will be based in Foster City, California. This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day office management, coordination of local initiatives and programs for the US offices which are in connection to the Global initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES | What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Provide high touch support to employees and managers by handling related questions or tasks and helping resolve any operation issues or needs.
  • Work in collaboration with the other departments within our global organization to deploy and manage initiatives and annual programs as applicable (i.e., Benefit audits, open-enrollment, annual staff appraisals processes.)
  • Assist with submitting payroll and other staff information to our payroll and benefits services.
  • Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Actively engage in developing a positive team culture.
  • Coordinate company events including; working with internal and/or external teams and overseeing implementation of support logistics
  • Responsible for office related purchasing, supplies stocking, finance processing, facility management and necessary internal approval process
  • Liaise with property/landlord regarding overall maintenance and facilities for all US locations.
  • Assists new employees through the orientation process - including facilities, amenities and office set-up.

  • Excellent ability to communicate, both in writing and verbal.
  • Able to travel occasionally.
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • We require proven work experience of a similar role, minimum 2-3 years.
  • Experience in the high tech industry, information technology preferred, supporting a technical client base.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with certification in Office Management or Human Resources.
