Global Technical Support Manager

Location: Uppsala/Hyrbrid Remote

 

The Technical Support team is part of our Customer Success organization which means that this manager role will also be the lead in developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes for the technical support team as well as for our customers.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you drive value to customers and their team members by creating and sharing related knowledge to support their business. You need to be a services expert focused on building internal/external relationships while delivering exceptional results and demonstrating an approach of continuous improvement across all areas of the work. Decision-making is done with an analysis of all business impacts/other departments, and you collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports customer needs.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have

  • Experience in C/C++ and development/debugging of embedded firmware either from university, professional or non-professional experience.
  • Technical knowledge of key products (Compilers, Debuggers, RTOS's) and embedded industry trends
  • Experience with HW and in-circuit emulators is a plus
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken 
  • Previous Technical Support experience

We see it as a plus if you have 

  • University degree in embedded systems, computer science, or electrical engineering
  • Previous manager experience
