Inside sales representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive inside sales representative to join our EMEA Sales team, covering France, Benelux and Southern Europe. This position is in our Paris office (in les Ulis). Your goal is to increase sales by making outbound calls for detecting new sales opportunities, new potential customers, to follow up on leads, to generate quotations, to propose upsells to existing customers, closes businesses.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Uses emails, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls to create new sales opportunities with potential new customers and existing customers.
    Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
  • Deliver live product demonstrations using our FAE department to clients via online meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, develop quotes and proposals.
  • Use our CRM system Salesforce, to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
  • Track sales cycle progress on a weekly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
  • Hit and overachieve your monthly sales target.
  • Forecast weekly sales and future pipeline.
