Education: MSc in Industrial Economics from Linköping University of Technology

Work experience: Cecilia has many years of experience in leading positions within Ericsson AB in Sweden and internationally. Her most recent position was Executive Vice President, Business & Group Functions at KAMBI Plc. She is a board member of HMS Networks AB and Smart Eye AB. Cecilia joined IAR Systems Group AB as CEO in 2024.

Education: Ann has a Bsc in business administration from Stockholm University.
Work experience: Ann has over 20 years of CFO experience, including experience in technology start-up sectors, non-profits, and Accent Equity Partners. Her most recent role was as CFO with the listed tech company Brighter. Her board experience is from mining, as Director of the board for Endomines and Chairman of the board for Copperstone Resources. Ann joined IAR Systems Group AB as CFO in 2021.

Education: B.S.B.A. in Business Economics and Information Technology Management, California State University
Work experience: Dannielle has been with IAR since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in driving global commercial success and leading high-performing teams across sales, enablement, and business operations. As the former CCO and head of the global sales and the Americas division, she drove regional growth, operational efficiency, and the company’s market presence expansion. 

Education: MSc in computer science from Uppsala University.

Work experience: Emilia has many years of experience in personnel matters in HR. She served as CHRO of IAR 2023-2025.
