Stefan Skarin, CEO and Board Member in IAR Systems Group AB (publ) aquired 81,000 B shares in IAR Systems Group.

The holding of Stefan Skarin thereafter amounts to 100,000 shares of series A and 331,000 shares of series B, corresponding to approximately  3.7 per cent of the capital and 10.6 per cent of the votes in IAR Systems Group.
