IAR Systems' sales of treasury shares completed

Uppsala, September 13, 2013

IAR Systems has today sold 334 600 shares of series B. The buyers were a number of institutional investors, reinforcing the company's ownership base.

The proceeds from the sold shares will be used to further strengthen the company's liquidity.

After the sale IAR Systems Group does not own any treasury shares.
