Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are looking for a service minded, ambitious and focused team player to join our Customer Care department. The Customer Care Representative is an active member of our global customer care team that focuses on servicing and supporting all customers. Each team member aims to provide customers with helpful, informative, and positive experiences by treating each customer as a unique individual who is important to us. We find value in helping others be their best by providing them with the right tools to success.   • Maintain a regular and reliable schedule, including the daily schedule assigned.
  • Organized and able to complete tasks within a defined work schedule.
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging cases and escalating when necessary.
  • Ability to determine customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Creative and passionate for excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a customer service role in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as required by company; Month end closing and special events.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Success tools

Main tasks

  • Delivering and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Service focused, share your ideas with the team and collaborate. We all grow together.
  • Nurture internal and external relationships with our customers, sales teams, management, and/or internal operational functions, over the phone or via email.
  • Order processing, invoicing, and preparing shipments for all incoming orders.
  • Inventory control and maintaining a well-organized internal warehouse.
  • Receive and enter all customer product returns (RMA).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Account Managers.
  • Answer general, company-related questions from incoming callers.
