Work experience: Previously acted as CEO & President at Ework Group (2021-2025), Managing Partner & Managing Director at Tietoevry Sweden (2019-2021), Vice President & CEO/Managing Director at Fujitsu Nordic/Scandinavia and Sweden (2015-2019) and held several VP roles at CGI Sverige AB, CSC Sverige AB and Capgemini Sverige AB (2007-2015).

Member of the Board of Directors at Ogunsen AB.

Education: BSc in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
Work experience: CFO of IAR Systems Group A.B. (2021-2026). Prior to that, acted as CFO at Brighter (2017-2021). Ann has over 20 years of CFO experience, including in the technology start-up sector, non-profit, and private equity, among others, including Accent Equity Partners.  

Education: B.S.B.A. in Business Economics and Information Technology Management, California State University
Work experience: Dannielle has been with IAR since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in driving global commercial success and leading high-performing teams across sales, enablement, and business operations. As the former CCO and head of the global sales and the Americas division, she drove regional growth, operational efficiency, and the company’s market presence expansion. 

Education: MSc in computer science from Uppsala University.
Work experience: 

Education: BSc in HR and Working Life from Uppsala University.
Work experience: Emilia has many years of experience in personnel matters in HR. She served as CHRO of IAR 2023-2025.
