Cecilia joined IAR Systems Group AB as CEO in 2024.

Work experience: Ann has over 20 years of CFO experience, including experience in technology start-up sectors, non-profits, and Accent Equity Partners. Her most recent role was as CFO with the listed tech company Brighter. Her board experience is from mining, as Director of the board for Endomines and Chairman of the board for Copperstone Resources. Ann joined IAR Systems Group AB as CFO in 2021.

As the former CCO and head of the global sales and the Americas division, she drove regional growth, operational efficiency, and the company’s market presence expansion.
