Control and auditors

The independent auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. Deloitte AB, represented by Auditor in Charge Andreas Frountzos, has been appointed to serve as the company's independent auditor until the end of the 2024 AGM.

Accounting principles

I.A.R. Systems Group AB's consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Annual Accounts Act, RFR 1 Supplementary Accounting Rules for Groups and International Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and IFRS IC interpretations as adopted by the EU.
