Christer Magnusson New Nocom Chairman of the Board

Christer Magnusson New Nocom Chairman of the Board The board of directors for Nocom AB (publ) has appointed Christer Magnusson as the new chairman of the board. Anders Jonson, the founder of the company and the chairman of the board since April 2001, will remain on the board of directors. The reason for the change is that Anders Jonson is assuming responsibility for Nocom Innovation, where the company will now gather operations from Travelutions and the e-channel center facility, as well as mobile operations, including Mobile Relations AB, an associated company jointly owned by Vodafone and Nocom. "The change entails a continued streamlining of core operations - our successful software operations - where we have a strong customer base and an established market position. Christer's engagement and leadership skills are important in the ongoing process of change," says Stefan Skarin, CEO, Nocom. Christer Magnusson was elected to the board of directors in April 2001. He has had board duties for several large companies, including Vingresor, H&M, Dagab, Taxi Kurir and the Swedish State Railways, and works with leadership development at the joint-owned company Perlan Dialog & Ledarskap. "I am looking forward to accepting my new role on the board of directors. Both company management and the board are working intensively to build up a stable company with good profitability," says Christer Magnusson. "Through Nocom Innovation, the company's development areas have the opportunity to be successful - partly by building further on the existing joint-ownership, and partly by looking for new ways to optimally develop operations." Serving on Nocom's board of directors are Monica Caneman, Curt Egerot, Anders Jonson and Christer Magnusson.
