IAR Systems Group's board of directors has established new dates for the reports as described below.

February 4, 2013      Year-end Report 
April 22, 2013           Interim Report January-March 
August 22, 2013       Interim Report January-June
October 23, 2013     Interim Report January-September

The next AGM will take place in April, 22,  2013.
