Nocom acquires Internet consulting company Cyberink

Nocom acquires Internet consulting company Cyberink Nocom AB (publ) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire all shares of Internet consulting company Cyberink Information Systems AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Cyberink is a specialist company within the field of parallel publishing, primarily for the web and mobile Internet, and its customers are mainly companies in traditional Swedish industry. This profile is well in accordance with Nocom's structure and focus on business-to-business- solutions over the Internet and wireless networks. "The demand for competitive publishing solutions for the industry is increasing rapidly, as information is often produced and published in different processes, which are usually not connected. With our solutions we bring these processes together, saving both time and money for our customers," says Niclas Sahlgren, President and CEO of Cyberink.
