JTAGjet™-Trace for ARM is an advanced, real-time, in-circuit debugging probe used for debugging, testing, and verification of embedded applications. It is equipped with Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) trace, and supports all Cortex-M, Cortex-R, Cortex-A and ARM7/9/11 processors with ETM.
